We're hiring for a senior software engineer, product designer and founder associate

We’ve blinked, and suddenly we’re well into 2024. We’re taking Vouchsafe into the next phase.
It’s time for it to start being used, for real.
That means there needs to be more of us! We’re looking for 3 people to join us lot:
We’re looking for:
Senior software engineer (CLOSED)
Someone who has been working in a senior-ish role for a few years, who can present tech questions in human terms and is sensitive to the wider social impact of what we’re making.
You’ll be working with our CTO and junior software engineer, joining a small but growing tech team.
Senior product designer
Someone with a few years of design experience under their belt, who’s excited to design something inclusive, accessible and genuinely challenging.
You’ll be joining a team with loads of experience in UX (our founders were designers and researchers), but you’ll be our first dedicated designer.
Founder associate
Someone to help the founders with the day-to-day running of the company and the development of Vouchsafe.
Ideally, you’ll have had some experience as an executive assistant, project manager or similar, and you’ll be willing to try your hand at different things—there will be opportunities to get involved with research, design and sales.
All roles come with competitive pay and benefits.
Things move quickly here, so we’re looking for people who are excited to get stuck in and really hit the ground running.
Although it’s pretty intense, we work a 4-day week, to make sure we’ve got time to recoup before the following week.
And it’s an actual 4 day week - not “compressed hours”, not pro-rata.
All roles close on 15 May 2024 at midday (NOW CLOSED), but we’ll interview as we go and may close applications early, so don’t wait!
